Refund policy

Free returns: 90 days on projectors, 60 days on everything else
Projectors can be returned within 90 days after your order arrives. All other products can be returned within 60 days after your order arrives. This includes items bought on sale. Returns are free: once your return is accepted, we email you a prepaid return shipping label, so you don’t pay anything to send it back.

How to start a return
Email support@biglybrothers.com or call 1-800-616-4969 with your order number. We’ll reply with your return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Condition
Please return the item with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging where possible, together with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it’s approved, you’re refunded in full to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Warranty
Projectors come with a 3-year warranty. All other products come with a 1-year warranty. If something stops working, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, so we can fix it fast.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Exceptions
Gift cards can’t be returned.

Marketplace orders
Orders placed on Best Buy or Walmart follow that marketplace’s return process. Contact us and we’ll help.
