Questions
How is the Mark IV different from the Mark III Elite?
It has a faster processor for smoother streaming and multitasking, with the same Google TV, autofocus and short-throw design.
Is the Mark IV native 4K?
No. It projects a Full HD picture and supports 4K sources. For native 4K, see the Mark V.
How big can the picture be?
It's a short-throw projector, so it makes a big picture from close to the wall. Picture size depends on your distance from the wall.
Does it have Google TV?
Yes. Google TV is built in, with streaming apps, wireless screen mirroring and support for multiple languages.
What's the warranty?
3 years on projectors bought on our website (Bigly Brothers warranty).
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is free across Canada and usually takes 2–4 business days.
Can I return it?
Yes. Projectors bought on our website can be returned within 90 days, return shipping is free, and a 3-year warranty is included. Email support@biglybrothers.com with your order number to start.
