Good Customer Service
The customer service was really good. Friendly and nice. I have not had a chance to test the product fully but so far so good. The setup was easy and i like how it looks.

Easy to get going and rather fun. It did annoy me tho trying to fly in the wind. It's an ultra-light drone so it requires ideal conditions to fly. That being said tho, its fun and solid. I have crashed it a few times and its still working well.

My new hobby
During the pandemic, I was bored and was looking for something to do. Long story short I decided to get a drone and I am glad I did. I got to say the service of the Bigly Brothers is hands down amazing. I was able to reach someone right away and they walked me through every step to get me flying. So far it has been a blast and I am very happy.

Want to have a drone for your children or grandchildren? I had no idea how much fun drones were until my son got this one. He is always flying it in our back yard and he knows how to make me laugh. This is a good thing as I worry about him.

Easy to set up and learn (go to youtube tutorial). Many safety, control and camera settings that are on the phone app and you can set up front or change whenever you want. Very customizable but user friendly.
