To get you started, we have prepared a straightforward setup guide for you to have a look at. Just follow the steps, and you will be flying in no time.
1. Removing the contents from the case: drone, batteries, controller, and obstacle avoidance unit.
2. Fully unfold all the arms of the drone and then remove the camera/gimbal cover. Then, remove the top cover on the drone and push in the OA unit until it clicks into place. Remove the controller thumbsticks from the back of the controller and firmly push them into place. Then, open up the antennas at the top of the controller. Finally, install the battery into the rear of the drone.
3. Next, you can install an SD card into either the controller or the drone in order to save the video or photos taken from the drone.
4. Next, connect the controller to the drone. Turn on the drone by pressing the power button on the back of the drone, on the battery. Press it quickly, then press again and hold until the drone turns on. Then do the same with the power button on the remote, and the drone will automatically connect to the remote. When you hear the beep, you know this is complete. The screen will also show the main home page for the drone. You can press the “CONTROL” button on the remote app screen and you should see the drone camera view on the remote once connection is complete..
5. Next, is the geomagnetic and the gyro calibration. This needs to be performed OUTSIDE, right where you intend to fly from. Place the drone on your specified starting point and then press and hold the top right back button on the controller. You will hear a beep and the controller will tell you to pick up and rotate the drone clockwise on the horizontal axis until it beeps. Then you are required to turn the drone nose down and rotate it clockwise on the vertical axis until it beeps again. The geomagnetic calibration is now complete. Next, to complete the gyro and gimbal calibration quick press the top right button controller button. You will hear a beep. All calibrations are now complete.
6. Next, set the drone on the home point that you set from completing the calibrations. Step back about a meter and wait until the drone has found sufficient GPS satellites. Once you hear a beep, this is complete and the drone will unlock.
7. To start the drone you can push down and out on the thumb sticks and the rotors will start turning. To take off you can either push up on the left stick or else hit the auto take off button, which is on the app screen.

To ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues with your drone, kindly adhere to the following professional guidelines:
• GPS Connection Required: Ensure the drone is connected to GPS satellites for outdoor flights. The drone will not take off in outdoor mode without a proper GPS connection.
• Obstacle Avoidance: The drone's obstacle avoidance system responds to the direction controlled by the remote. For example, if the joystick is pushed to the left, the obstacle avoidance head will move left and detect obstacles within a range of 25-30 meters. For optimal performance, always fly in open areas.
• Flyaway Prevention: If the drone flies away unexpectedly, check if it was connected to GPS. If it was in indoor mode, it might be an operating mistake. You can check the flight log to see if GPS was connected or not.
• One-Click Return: When you press the return button, the drone will fly up to a set height before coming back. For example, if it’s flying at 10 meters, it will first rise to 30 meters before returning. Make sure there are no obstacles in the way to avoid crashes.
